You’re Already Where You Need to Be

You’re already clear; you’re already where you need to be. Everything you’ve ever thought about, wished for, and desired has gotten you to this point. So don’t beat yourself up if today you are confused about everything. You’re still on the right track. Be gentle with yourself. Allow yourself to have a “blank” day.

It’s okay to be conscientious, to be extremely observant of your thoughts, and even mindful about directing your thoughts toward specific outcomes. But spending too much time trying and overthinking everything in order to “make sure you’re doing things right,” will defeat the purpose. Because, great ideas come about when you are not trying.

When you are relaxed, having fun, and feeling good – that is the time your greatest insights will come – when your mind is turned off and your body is turned on. In other words, when you have a blank day, use that time to just focus on feeling good.

Suggestions for feeling good:

Listen to music, take a walk, take a nap, chat with a good friend, dance, paint a picture, read an uplifting book, watch a favorite movie, make a soothing cup of tea, do a quick meditation to refocus, or just go somewhere to submerge yourself in nature.
