Energy Risers – Edited

The higher our energy levels, the easier it is to receive our intuition. Then it becomes simple to make choices that are for our highest best.

Here are some ways to raise your energy:

Listen to music you like. This raises your frequency / vibration which in affect raises your energy.

Be in love. Sharing love with another is definitely an energy riser!

Water. Drinking clean water can raise your energy by giving your cells the nutrients and hydration they need to function properly.

Nature. Being out in nature and breathing fresh air will also raise your energy levels. Earthing will provide a boost of negative ions too!

Certain scents, such as flowers and essential oils can raise your personal vibration. Essential oils carry the highest frequency of any known substance, and when you apply them to your skin, you can vibrate at a higher level too!

Deep breathing. Taking deep breaths helps to oxygenate the cells in your body and thus increase your physical energy.

Movement. Movement of your body in any way that you love, can increase your energy.

Mind / Body connection games. These activate your mind and your body so that they both work in harmony together – instead of against each other. One technique I love to do is tapping each finger together with my thumb two times and counting to 8.  (It becomes: “One, one, two, two, three, three…” etc. until “eight, eight.”)  Once you get to the thumb tapping the pinky finger, you go back the way you came with your thumb tapping your ring finger next. Use your breath and count the numbers allowed. I do this exercise on both hands at the same time, and I usually do it when I’m hiking and want to receive increased oxygen and energy while engaging my mind in the workout.

Choose high frequency foods. Think fresh, organic, live enzymes, and as little to no processing as possible (i.e. whole fruits and vegetables).

Speak with someone positive and uplifting. Sometimes all we need to do is be around someone else who’s vibrating at a higher rate and emitting a brighter light.

Learn something new. Immerse yourself in a new field of study, take a class, or read a great book. When you are in a state of learning, you naturally feel more expansive and detached from your limited ego self.

Pray / meditate / seek solitude: Connect with your Source, your higher self, and be open to an enhanced vibration.

Everything is energy. We’ve heard it said many times, but how much of the time are we actively managing, directing, and elevating our own? You have the power… any moment of any day.
