Don’t Worry, You’ll Feel It

Don’t worry, you’ll feel it when it’s right. When it’s right for you do anything, your intuition will tell you. For example, I often feel guilty if I do not do the exercise routine I planned for the day. But my body knows better than I do. It knows when it’s best for me to have a rest day – for my long-term health. And then, on other days, when I might not plan too much, I feel such energy that I can easily keep on going and going even beyond my scheduled time.  The point is, you shouldn’t waste too much time worrying that if you give yourself a day off, or you don’t have the energy to do what you planned for the day, that you’ll never have it again.  This is where you have to learn to trust life. And trust that you will feel inside when it’s time for you to do something – it just might not be on your anticipated timeframe.

The times you feel nothing are not times to fear.  They are times to wait it out and focus on doing something else. Don’t let anxiety get in the way of you following the gentle nudge from your intuition.  It’s okay if you don’t always do things as planned.  Remember, this is not forever, it’s temporary.  Try to enjoy the change of pace for once, and see what being present – in this moment – instead of thinking of your tomorrows, will bring you.
