Daydream

One of the most powerful things I’ve learned is that it is not action that creates, but our thoughts. Thus, the more time we spend consciously, mindfully, and attentively directing our thoughts, the better outcomes we produce in our lives. This is why I personally believe that daydreaming is more important than meditation. Because, in daydreaming, you are literally practicing the art of thought directing; you are imagining all the amazingly wonderful things you’d like to have happen in your life. Do this for 10 minutes a day and see what comes your way!

A word about action: when you are inspired with your thoughts, action naturally follows. So, it’s not that you never take any action, rather, it’s that you remember that using your mental faculty must come first. By visualizing, imagining, daydreaming, etc. exactly how you’d like the outcome to be, you can then feel what actions your body naturally wants to take.

When you feel motivated, when you feel passionate, when you feel excited and eager and exhilarated – act. But if you are tired, rest. If you are upset, find some way to lift your spirits. Just remember you are a powerful manifestor so don’t waste your energy on something you don’t want to create!
