Today is May 22nd 2019 and I have just become a blogger.
It’s a little late, but better late than never! And, at 35, I have been procrastinating writing for quite a long time. Here’s why: I was afraid of all the stupid things I could say and that stopped me from writing all the great things I had to say. No longer. When I worry that this blog may not be “up to par” with others, I just remind myself of this: You have to be you. Everyone else is already taken.
Life is just too short. And after returning from a solo trip to Oregon this month, I came back with something to say. In fact, I came back with a lot I’ve realized I haven’t been saying. And so, one of those things is this: Our intuition is in our body. In other words, the way you feel about something, matters. I used to ask God / The Universe all the time, “How do I know if what I am attracting to me is really meant for me, and not just something I’ve been paying attention to?” The answer came clear as day. If it is feels good in your body, it’s meant for you, if it doesn’t it’s not. Let’s not over think this – because there’s a lot of ways we could… just know, the Law of Attraction is real and what you put your attention on manifests. However, just because it does, doesn’t mean you have to accept it. As we grow up, we evolve, and what we once desired changes. Accept that. Don’t feel obligated to take a great opportunity if you don’t want it anymore.
Those are my thoughts for today. Talk to you tomorrow.
